‍ ‍Hello! My name is Isabella Mendoza, and I am a Fine Artist originally from Miami, Florida, but currently based out of Brooklyn, New York. My work thrives on staple taboos and the monstrosity that grotesqueness provides. To be uncomfortable is the most comforting.

Artist Statement

My art derives from my complex relationship with memories, music, and the world of dreams. I revisit my memories and create scenes and creatures that exist in my mind and need to escape. My work is a manifestation of past emotions and thoughts, and how these topics are processed.
