Artist Statement
Molding figures by deforming and reconstructing them through physicality and color using grotesque imagery is my main source of substance. To be uncomfortable is the most comforting, and repressed memories are expressed as a form of escapism. My work is a manifestation of past emotions and thoughts, situated among the dreamers, the escapists, the Dead, the living, but most of all, the universe. I see my art as magic. A magic I yearn for in my reality.
